How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs, such as screens and batteries, are finished the same day, often while you wait. Parts for less common models can take longer, and we always tell you before we start.
Do I need to book?
You can walk in, but booking a time online guarantees a slot and means we have the right part ready for your device.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a written 6-month warranty on parts and labour, so if the same fault comes back we put it right.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your data, but we always recommend a backup first. If you are worried, tell us and we will explain exactly what is involved before we begin.
