Fone Xcellence started with a simple idea: repairs shouldn't feel like a gamble. Too many people have had a screen replaced somewhere cheap only for the touch response to feel off, or a battery swap that barely lasts a day. We got tired of hearing those stories, so we built a shop that does it properly the first time — proper diagnostics, proper parts, and someone who actually explains what went wrong.

Phones and tablets are what we're known for, but we spend just as much time on laptops and desktops — failing hard drives, slow machines that need a clean install, cracked laptop hinges, the lot. If it plugs in and you rely on it daily, there's a good chance we can fix it.
We also buy in, refurbish and resell a small rotating stock of used devices, all checked over properly before they go up for sale — so if you're not fixing, you might find your next phone here too.
