Privacy & Your Data
When you book an appointment, request a mail-in repair, reserve a refurbished device, or contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, email and address) solely to deliver that service — confirming bookings, arranging collection, and keeping you updated on your repair. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations, in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR). You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us directly.
Cookies
Our website uses only the minimal technical cookies needed to keep the site working properly (for example, keeping you logged into the admin panel). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Repair Service Standards
We're committed to clear communication at every stage of a repair: confirming your appointment, letting you know if a diagnosis changes the quote, and notifying you the moment your device is ready for collection. If anything about your repair doesn't meet this standard, please let us know — we take it seriously.
Refurbished Device Returns
If a refurbished device you've purchased develops a fault that wasn't disclosed at the time of sale, bring it back to us within 14 days and we'll assess it for a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly once we know about them. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them as promptly as possible.
Accessibility
We want our website and service to be usable by everyone. If you have any difficulty using our site or booking a service, please get in touch and we'll help you directly, including over the phone.
